Randall Tuller
Randall is a real estate leader with decades of experience encompassing all property types and sizes, geographies, and market cycles. He has been involved in multiple facets of the commercial real estate industry including development, valuation, feasibility analysis, debt/equity underwriting, marketing, and acquisitions/dispositions. He was a founding member of The Situs Companies, a market leading CMBS due diligence and special servicing firm and has served as an expert witness in real estate litigation cases. From 2016 to 2022, Randall was an executive at Dart Interests - a national real estate investment and development firm that owns, operates, and develops commercial, residential, and hospitality assets. Prior to Dart, he was a Senior Vice President in Development at PM Realty Group in Houston. Randall was also president of Canyonlands Corporation, a Houston-based development firm whose equity investors included Gerald D. Hines and several other Hines’ executives. He has served on several boards including Habitat for Humanity NW Harris County and the executive committee of The Greater Houston Builder’s Association. Randall received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Real Estate from Missouri State University where he graduated Cum Laude and received the Outstanding Student in Real Estate Award in 1989. After college, Randall moved to Houston to work on the resolution of the Savings and Loan Crisis. He and his wife, Firoozeh, live in Austin and are proud to have raised four amazing children.
